The "healthy weigh" coaching program is built around my philosophy that weight management programs should have a long term, sustainable approach.  Rather than resorting to short term dietary restriction and overly intense workout programs, I coach you on a path of creating a healthy lifestyle you can maintain.   I help you take the things you know you should be doing and help you do them in a way that fits your lifestyle.  I help you identify what nutrition improvements will help you boost your energy and rid your body of unwanted body fat.  I work with you to find ways to get more physical activity into your day and I create workouts that can be done in minimal time while maximizing results.   In this program, you can finally embrace the idea of being strict but not restrictive.  You can have the body you have always wanted while still enjoying your favorite foods!   We anticipate challenges along the way so we can adapt to them.  I coach you every step of the way to make sure you see the kind of results that will keep your motivation high!
