Ever feel like you know what to do, but you still don't do it?  We've all been there! In this presentation, I will guide participants through the steps of behavior change and help them understand how motivation and willpower influence our habits. My goal is to help participants build a realistic plan that will help them create meaningful change.

With a never ending stream of diets, pills, patches, and wraps that promise rapid fat loss; it is difficult (if not impossible) to know what is going to work. In this presentation, I detail the 6 Dimensions of Fat Loss and highlight the key behaviors behind sustainable fat loss. I will help you understand how fat loss occurs and identify what you can do to shed unwanted pounds while still enjoying your life.
