Personal Training 
Personal Training can be very not personal at times. Cookie cutter exercise programs given to the same people over and over again, regardless of goal or experience level. No attention to personal needs and little discussion on lifestyle outside of exercise. At 6 Dimensions, my goal is to put the personal back into personal training. I want to get to know you so I can create an exercise program for you that truly fits your needs and helps you achieve your goals. Our sessions are held in a private training studio so you can learn by doing all while feeling comfortable and confident in a 1:1 (or small group) setting. 
In addition to creating a personalized exercise program for you, I also coach you on nutrition, hydration, and everything else that is important to helping you become more fit. My goal is to help you create a sustainable lifestyle around fitness so you get results AND keep them!
