Personal Training
Personal Training can be very not personal at times. Cookie cutter exercise programs given to the same people over and over again, regardless of goal or experience level. No attention to personal needs, lack of time spent on the importance of proper form, and little discussion on lifestyle outside of exercise often leads to lack luster results. At 6 Dimensions, my goal is to put the personal back into personal training! I want to get to know you so I can create an exercise program for you that truly fits your needs and helps you achieve your goals. Our sessions are held in a private training studio so you can learn by doing all while feeling comfortable and confident in a 1:1 (or small group) setting. 
 
In addition to creating a personalized exercise program for you, I also coach you on nutrition, hydration, and everything else that is important to helping you become more fit. My goal is to help you create a sustainable lifestyle around fitness so you get results AND keep them!

Strength Training for Life-Zoom Class

Home based exercise is more popular than ever.  This online/zoom training class will help you maximize time and results to help you create a more fit and capable body without leaving the comfort of your home!  These professionally guided session will help you learn proper form and improve your confidence in how to exercise safely and efficiently.

 

This class gives you:

*30 minute training sessions conducted via Zoom (Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-5:30pm)

*Professionally created action plan to help you maximize results

*Home workouts

Get stronger, tone your muscles, shed unwanted pounds, move better, and feel better! Build a body that is capable of living life the way you want to.  

 

Requires at least 1 set of dumbbells.
